Westway Vets is extremely proud to be a training practice dedicated to enriching the veterinary profession.
As a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) accredited training practice, we train and support student nurses throughout their journey to becoming fully qualified.
We uphold an exceptionally high standard of patient care, which meets all current standards set out by the RCVS and affiliated accreditation centres.
Having students within the practice allows for new knowledge and ideas to be brought forward, and keeps the whole team involved in the development of a new generation of veterinary professionals.
Students may be involved in the treatment and care of your pets, but this should never negatively impact the service that you and your pet receive.
An essential part of operating as a training practice includes ensuring that all students are under the supervision of qualified veterinary surgeons or registered veterinary nurses when performing any veterinary procedures.
